Safety Data Analysis Webinar Series - Part 4 of 4
Systemic Safety Method
Presenter: Hillary Isebrands, Team Leader, FHWA Resource Center – Safety & Design Team
The systemic safety method can be used to address high risk road features across a road network rather than focusing on specific locations. The method will be described and attendees will learn how this method can produce logical funding requests that address locations both with and without a crash history. This session will build on session 1: contributing factors analysis.
Safety Data Analysis Webinar Series
Site Specific Analysis (Part 3 of 4)
Presenter: Bruce Drewes, Tribal Technical Assistance Center
After identifying locations of safety concern, additional site study may be needed. This session will provide an overview of two useful analysis techniques, collision diagrams and road safety audits.
Safety Data Analysis Webinar Series
Road Network Screening (Part 2 of 4)
Presenter: Tori Brinkly, Safety Engineer, FHWA Resource Center – Safety & Design Team
